Adventures of my Neurotic Brain

Dot use to be an overworked, overachiever corporate world squatter based in Singapore. One day she woke up angry and annoyed and just like Scarlett O’Hara she exclaimed “I will never go hungry (be overwork) again”. She packed her measly belongings mostly shoes and moved to Canada.

She started blogging because she was angry and annoyed but it ended up sounding so neurotic and was funny at times. Some would say she is suffering from midlife crisis. Thus the blog title “My Neurotic Brain”.

This blog chronicles the start of her move out of Singapore and her struggles of living alone in Vancouver, the always raining weather and the adventures her neurotic brain gets her into.

She moved countries but does exactly the same things she used to do. She considers herself a work in progress.

She was once bit by a dog, that incident has somewhat scarred her for life and made her very wary of strays (both dogs and men). That does not stop her from wanting a Golden Retriever. Although she has a list of why she can't have that dog, she already named said dog Prince Harry. She adds that having the real Prince would be a plus too.

She is known to eat peanut butter direct from the jar. Her house is never without one.
